EPC Calls for Candidates Seeking Appointment to the SEPA Scheme Management Committee (SMC) Group of Experts. Applications are Invited by 31 July 2012. 31-05-2012
The Scheme Management Committee (SMC) of the European Payments Council (EPC) is responsible for performing the administration and compliance processes of Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) scheme management as regards the SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit Schemes. The SMC carries out its tasks in accordance with the SEPA Scheme Management Internal Rules (the Internal Rules) (see 'related links' below).
The EPC together with the SMC is seeking to appoint a number of independent, experienced and qualified individuals with a broad range of professional skills to a Group of Experts to assist the SMC to perform its conciliation, complaints and appeals functions. Details on the tasks of the SMC Group of Experts are outlined in section 2.5.2 of the Internal Rules.
