This template is provided by EPC to allow any person or organisation to submit a suggestion for making a change to a SEPA Scheme in accordance with the rules set out in the Scheme Management Internal Rules. These changes should be submitted by 28 February 2011 for consideration in the change process leading to the issue of the 2012 Rulebooks.

The cycle for the 2010 Rulebook releases closed with the publication of the SCT Rulebook v4.0, SDD Core Rulebook v4.0 and the SDD B2B Rulebook v2.0 in 1 November, 12 months ahead of their go-live date.

 The change request documents for the 2011 Rulebook releases are the subject of public consultation. SEPA Credit Transfer from 19 May - 17 August 2010 and SEPA Core & B2B Direct Debit from 21 May - 19 August 2010.
