The Preview - Rulebook Release Management 2009 15.06.09
This article was published in issue 2 of the EPC Newsletter in April 2009.
It is expected that in September 2009, the EPC Plenary will approve updated versions of
all three Rulebooks (SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Core Direct Debit, SEPA B2B Direct
Debit) to take effect in November 2009. The likely changes to be introduced into the
Rulebooks in September 2009, however, are restricted to formal aspects concerning
scheme access criteria and scheme management. As such, none of these changes will
