Version 3.4 of the Core Direct Debit Rulebook was approved by the EPC Plenary on 29 October and now forms the basis of the first implementation of the Core Direct Debit Scheme, replacing version 3.3.
Annex III lists the (non-operational) changes made since version 3.3.
