This Rulebook, approved by the EPC Plenary on 29 October 2009 is the basis for the 1 November 2010 implementation of the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme.  As required by the Scheme Management Internal Rules, this Rulebook  is being published 12 months ahead of implementation.
