This document sets out the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) rules for implementing the inter-bank credit transfer ISO 20022 XML message standards based on version 6.1 of the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) Rulebook.  The SCT Rulebook version 6.1 takes effect on 17 November 2012.
