This framework includes the Principles for SEPA Scheme Compliance and Re-statement of the PE-ACH Concept (PE-ACH/CSM Framework).
The document sets out the Framework for the evolution of clearing and settlement of payments in SEPA, including the principles for SEPA Scheme compliance and re-statement of the PE ACH concept.
The latest version is Version 1.2 approved by the EPC Plenary on 24 June 2008 to include in #2.3 an obligation for CSMs to maintain counts of transactions.
