SEPA Credit Transfer Rulebook Version 6.1 06.11.12

In November 2011 the European Payments Council (EPC) published updated and enhanced versions of the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) Rulebook and the SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) Rulebooks. To ensure planning security for all market participants, publication of the new rulebook versions follows a predictable release management cycle. In accordance with best industry practice, payment service providers and their suppliers have sufficient time to address the rulebook updates ahead of November 2012, when these revised rulebooks will come into effect.

Here you find the SCT Rulebook version 6.1 which takes effect on 17 November 2012.

On 6 November 2012 the EPC published an updated version of the SCT Rulebook, which enters into force on 17 November 2012. The SCT Rulebook version 6.0 published in November 2011 has been updated to include version 4.0 of the SEPA Scheme Management Internal Rules, which were approved by the EPC Plenary in September 2012. Amendments to the SEPA Scheme Management Internal Rules are of a purely administrative nature and have no operational impact whatsoever. No other changes have been introduced compared to the version 6.0 of the SCT Rulebook.
