The Scheme End-User Forum (SEUF) is composed of representatives of European associations of end-users of the Single Euro Payments Area ( ) payment schemes, such as consumers, e-merchants and corporate treasurers.
The SEUF held its tenth meeting on 11 March 2020. The approved agenda and minutes are available on this page.
During this meeting, the SEUF discussed in detail the various payment scheme rulebook change requests which the received by the end of 2019. These change requests are subject to a public consultation from 12 March to 9 June 2020.
The SEUF further discussed the scheme implementation status at that point in time. The main topics were the scheme adherence status and projections, issues from scheme participants about the current processing, and the prospects and current obstacles for the further use of the scheme by payment end-users.
The SEUF was also informed about the publication of the updated 2019 SEPA payment scheme rulebooks, and about the internal developments on Request-To-Pay (RTP) and on one-leg out euro (instant) credit transfer transactions entering or leaving .
