The Scheme End-User Forum (SEUF) is formed by representatives of European associations of end-users of the schemes, such as consumers, (e-) merchants and corporate treasurers.
The SEUF held its fifth meeting – under its new composition - on 13 October 2017. The approved agenda and minutes are available on this page.
The election of the co-Chair representing the ‘end-users’ was however postponed until the next meeting in March 2018. Moreover, there are still vacant seats for representatives of European associations of end-users of the SEPA schemes. Application letters including an up-to-date CV in English should be sent to email@example.com.
During this meeting, the SEUF members were briefed about the role of the SEUF in the 2018 rulebook change management cycle and the scheme implementation status at that point in time. The SEUF also debated the position on the extension of the remittance information in Credit Transfer ( ) transactions, the extension of the character set in the and Direct Debit ( ) payment messages and the adoption of a newer ISO 20022 version for these payment messages.
The SEUF members were reminded that change requests to the rulebooks in relation to the 2018 scheme change management cycle should be submitted by 31 December 2017 at the very latest.
