The ad-hoc multi-stakeholder group (MSG) on Mobile Initiated Credit Transfers, including instant transfers (MSG MSCT) which is facilitated by the European Payments Council ( ), held its ninth Plenary meeting on 30 January 2020.
The document “Mobile Initiated
(Instant) Credit Transfer Interoperability Guidance” (MSCT IG) developed by the MSG MSCT was published on the
website end November 2020 (see in “Related Documents”).
The MSG MSCT published mid-December 2019 a dedicated document on interoperability of MSCT solutions based on payee-presented data for a public consultation till 14 February 2020.
The MSG MSCT is now analysing further MSCT use cases based on payer-presented data as well as the interoperability requirements for this type of payments under its extended mandate (see in “Related Documents”).
Furthermore the group held the first brainstorming session on an MSCT roadmap.
