The ad-hoc multi-stakeholder group (MSG) on Mobile Initiated Credit Transfers, including instant transfers (MSG MSCT) which is facilitated by the , held its fifth Plenary meeting on 26 February 2019.
Status reports were provided on the progress made by the two established work-streams: MSCT use cases and MSCT risk & security. The document on MSCT use cases was finalised after the review by the MSG Plenary and MSCT Interest Group and will be integrated into the Mobile initiated Credit Transfer interoperability implementation guidelines, including instant (MSCT IIGs). This work-stream is now focusing on the analysis of the MSCT interoperability challenges derived from these use cases. Also the document on MSCT risk and security aspects is under finalisation and will be integrated into different parts of the MSCT IIGs.
The MSG MSCT Plenary further identified the missing parts in the MSCT IIGs and agreed to a workplan to have the document ready for final review by the group by mid-April 2019.
