The MSG also established in June 2019 a new work-stream on technical interoperability for MSCTs through an open call on the website. This work-stream is looking into the interoperability of MSCT solutions based on payee-presented data and is currently developing a dedicated document to address interconnectivity amongst MSCT service provider back-ends and to define a minimum data set that need to be exchanged between the payee and the payer to enable the initiation of an MSCT. The aim is to finalise the document for a public consultation by December 2019.
