The ad-hoc multi-stakeholder group (MSG) on Mobile Initiated Credit Transfers, including instant transfers (MSG MSCT) which is facilitated by the , held its third meeting on 12 November 2018. Reports were provided on the progress made by the two established work-streams: MSCT use cases and MSCT risk & security. During the meeting a detailed discussion was held on a presentation made by the SIA representative on the Jiffy solution in Italy. Furthermore, a short presentation was provided on the Proxy Look-up Service in support of mobile Person-to-Person ( ) payments. The slides on the decomposition of MSCT into functional building blocks was finalised. The remainder of the meeting was devoted to the review of the description of MSCT use cases, both for mobile and mobile retail payments (m-commerce and in-store). Finally, it was decided to try once more to invite the Payment Initiation Service Provider (PISP) sector to contribute to the work of the group.
