The Mobile Proxy Forum () is launching a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of a Standardised Proxy Lookup (SPL) service . The aim of the service is to allow the exchange of the data necessary to initiate person-to-person () mobile payments between proxy-based mobile payment solutions on a pan-European level. It will facilitate interoperability between participating mobile payment solutions.
The RFP includes, but is not restricted to, the delivery of the service, the software and the services related to it. It also covers setup, operations and maintenance.

Interested technology service providers are hereby kindly invited to provide their response at the latest by 9 February 2018 6 PM CET.
This RFP is organised following a Request for Information (launched in July 2017).
