Payment Scheme Participation Fees - Policy and Invoicing Guidelines

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the EPC Payment Scheme Management Rules, every year the EPC establishes the following year’s EPC payment scheme participation fees to recover the costs related to the EPC Payment Scheme Management function performed by the EPC and the EPC Payment Scheme Management governance bodies.

The purpose of the present document is to clarify the administrative rules put in place to ensure the effective collection of the EPC payment scheme participation fees, as defined in the EPC Payment Scheme Management Rules.

The main amendments covered in version 3.0 are only editorial rewordings i.e. references of ‘SEPA payment schemes’ and ‘SEPA payment scheme management rules’ have been changed into ‘EPC payment schemes/rules’. Also, a few references to the existence of the One-Leg Out Instant Credit Transfer (OCT Inst) scheme are included.
