The 2021 Instant Credit Transfer ( ) rulebook version 1.1 has been published on 13 December 2021 and is effective as of 11 January 2022 at 08:00 CET up to 25 April 2023 08:00 CET.
The document EPC023-16 sets the maximum amount per instruction that can be processed under the scheme based on the 2021 rulebook version 1.1. This document is referred to in section 2.5 of the rulebook and forms a binding supplement to the rulebook.
This document also gives the European Payments Council ( ) the possibility to adapt the maximum amount per instruction under the scheme outside the regular payment scheme rulebook release management cycle as defined in the Payment Scheme Management Rules of the rulebook.
