The SEPA Proxy Lookup (SPL) scheme rulebook

The Proxy Lookup ( ) scheme rulebook which can be downloaded below consists of a set of rules, practices and standards that makes it possible to operate, join and participate in the scheme. The eligibility criteria to join the scheme, including a template adherence agreement, are also included in the rulebook.
This first version of the scheme rulebook is entirely based on the rules and Application Programming Interface ( ) specification as defined by the Mobile Proxy Forum (MPF). A second version will be prepared in 2019 for which a public consultation will be organised in accordance with the change management process as described in the rulebook. For further information about submitting change requests to the Scheme rulebook (including change request template) please see related links.
