The SEPA Proxy Lookup (SPL) scheme rulebook

The SEPA Proxy Lookup (SPL) scheme rulebook which can be downloaded below consists of a set of rules, practices and standards that makes it possible to operate, join and participate in the SPL scheme. The eligibility criteria to join the scheme, including a template adherence agreement, are also included in the rulebook.

This first version of the SPL scheme rulebook is based on the SPL rules and SPL Application Programming Interface (API) specification as defined by the Mobile Proxy Forum (MPF). A second version will be prepared in 2019 for which a public consultation  has been launched on 24 May 2019 in accordance with the SPL change management process as described in the rulebook.

EquensWorldline was appointed by the MPF in March 2018 as the preferred SPL service provider following a Request for Proposal procedure launched in December 2017. Parties interested in participating in the SPL service are kindly invited to contact Mr Henrik Hodam at equensWorldline ([email protected]).

(Note: A legal entity needs to be approved as SPL scheme adherent in order to be able to participate in the SPL service.)
