The template for submitting a change request to the Single Euro Payments Area Credit Transfer (SEPA Credit Transfer or SCT), the SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) and/or the One-Leg Out Credit Transfer (OCT) rulebooks is available on the link Document Download.
Any person or organisation is invited to submit a change request to these EPC payment scheme rulebooks in accordance with the EPC Payment Scheme Management Rules (see 'related links').
The stakeholders are invited to submit their change requests to the EPC payment scheme rulebooks by 31 December 2025.
The received change requests are considered related to the payment scheme change management cycle to be held in 2026 for the rulebook versions and associated implementation guidelines to be published in 2026 to take effect in November 2027.
The stakeholders can at any time submit their change requests by completing the template and send it by email to [email protected]. These change requests will then be considered in the next scheme change management cycle.
