The publishes a letter inviting offers from external candidates for conducting a -wide survey on corporate needs for Credit Transfer.

Since the concept of the Scheme was first introduced, there have been various suggestions from market players indicating that there are several requirements for additional features and services specifically for the business to business use of credit transfers. However, to date it is unclear whether these requirements reflect the needs of the majority of the businesses and their willingness to cover the costs for these additional features. Therefore the - in close cooperation with its stakeholders (via its Customer Stakeholder Forum) intends to sponsor a survey designed to provide a definitive analysis of these needs, if any.

The deadline for the receipt of offers has been extended  to Friday 27 May 2011.
