The 2019 Single Euro Payments Area ( ) Credit Transfer ( ), Instant Credit Transfer ( Inst), Direct Debit ( ) Core and Business-to-Business (B2B) rulebooks version 1.0 entered into force on 17 November 2019 and are applicable until 21 November 2021. The payment scheme rulebooks are updated every two years to reflect market needs and evolutions in the technical standards.

The Clarification paper on and Inst as well as the Clarification paper on Core and Business-to-Business rulebooks apply to the now effective 2019 payment scheme rulebooks:

2019 SEPA Credit Transfer rulebook version 1.0

2019 SEPA Instant Credit Transfer rulebook version 1.0

2019 SEPA Direct Debit Core rulebook version 1.0

2019 SEPA Direct Debit Business-to-Business rulebook version 1.0 

Moreover, the invites stakeholders to submit change requests relating to the and rulebooks by 31 December 2019. The will then consider the received change requests during the payment scheme change management cycle taking place in 2020 for the rulebook versions and associated implementation guidelines for publication in November 2020 and entering into force in November 2021.
