Harmonisation of Customer-to-Bank Interpretations

The fact that community implementation guidelines have interpreted the Rulebook differently in some specific detailed technical respects has been recognised and is now being actively addressed by key stakeholders including individual banks, , SWIFT, and several players represented in 's Customer Stakeholder Forum.  Proposals on harmonising specifications in this area are expected to be made public by in June 2008.

The goal is to provide more detailed guidelines on the use of the customer-to-bank UNIFI (ISO 20022) XML Message Standards.
