The ad-hoc multi-stakeholder group on mobile contactless card payments (MSG MCP), established at the beginning of the year, met for the second time in February. Its objective is to further harmonise mobile contactless card payments, by updating the Mobile Contactless SEPA Card Payments Interoperability Implementation Guidelines.

During their last meeting, the members of the group discussed the vision, scope, objectives and audience of this document. They also shared their views regarding the development of mobile contactless payment use cases, covering different payment contexts.
