The European Payments Council ( ) publishes today the third version of the Request-to-Pay ( ) scheme rulebook which takes into account the comments received in response to the three-month public consultation on the proposed change requests relating to the second version of the scheme rulebook, which ended on 26 August 2022. The effective date of this third release is set to 30 November 2023.
In addition, the scheme change proposal submission document (2022 Public Consultation) including the decision of the Board on each change proposal can also be found in “related documents”.
