Summary of the fifth meeting of the Mobile Proxy Forum, aiming at achieving pan-European P2P mobile solutions’ interoperability

The summary of the fifth meeting of the Mobile Proxy Forum (MPF), which took place in December 2016, is now publicly available.

The MPF, created in 2016, is formed of European stakeholders involved in Person-to-Person () mobile payments. Its role is to achieve pan-European interoperability of P2P mobile payment solutions, which landscape is currently fragmented.

The acts as facilitator in this context, and provides secretariat support to the MPF.

During its December 2016 meeting, the MPF members progressed, among other things, on the definition of rules for operating, joining, and participating in the Standardised Proxy Lookup (SPL) service.
