The European Payments Council’s (EPC) Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) is the body responsible for the compliance function of scheme management.

Three seats in the DRC (including the Chairmanship of the DRC) are available for “independent members”. The EPC invites all interested candidates to apply by 31 January 2023.

The structure of the DRC, together with details on its internal organisation, rules and processes are detailed in the Dispute Resolution Committee Mandate available in “related documents”.

Conditions of application

To apply for the position of an independent member, the candidates should not be employed or be otherwise affiliated (e.g. as a contractor or consultant) with a scheme participant or its payment service provider (PSP) communities, service providers or a payment services user group or user association. For more details regarding the criteria for independent membership of the DRC, please refer to the dedicated profile document in “related documents”.

Application letters including an up-to-date CV in English should be sent to [email protected] by 31 January 2023. Kindly indicate with your application whether you wish to apply for the role of Chair of the DRC.
