In November 2020, the European Payments Council (EPC) published updated and enhanced versions of the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) and SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) rulebooks. To ensure planning security for all market participants, the publication of the new rulebook versions follows a predictable release management cycle.
The 2021 SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst) rulebook version 1.0 entered into force on 21 November 2021 at 08:00 CET and remains in effect up to 11 January 2022 08:00 CET.
Annex IV of the 2021 SCT Inst rulebook version 1.0 lists all changes compared to the version 1.2 of the 2019 SCT Inst rulebook.
