The Adherence Agreement should be signed by an officer(s) with the necessary powers to sign such a binding contract. Where the agreement is to be executed by another entity such as an association or parent company on behalf of the actual Applicant, the officer of the signing entity should have the power to do so and have received the necessary authority from the Applicant.
