VOP Response will include NOAP code in case of Matching not possible for the responding application for any reason, with HTTP code 200.
In case of technical problems, the Responding PSP will return an Error Response including either HTTP 4XX or HTTP 500, as described in the VOP API Specifications.
If the Requesting PSP does not receive a response, it is up to the Requesting PSP to send a response to its PSU in the way it has itself defined, which is outside the scope of the VOP API, which focuses on the Inter-PSP space.
