The Scheme End-User Multi-Stakeholder Group (SEU MSG) is a dialogue channel between the European Payments Council (EPC) and representatives of European associations of end-users of the EPC payment schemes and payment-related schemes, such as consumers, corporate treasurers, e-merchants and retailers.

The main topics of this meeting concerned:
- the results of the 2024 public consultation on all submitted change requests for the 2025 rulebook version of the five EPC payment schemes. The SEU MSG expressed its position on each change request concerned;
- the results of the 2024 public consultation on the proposed version 1.0 of the Verification Of Payee (VOP) scheme rulebook. The SEU MSG gave its view on the proposed changes to the future first version of the VOP scheme rulebook;
- the results of the 2024 public consultation on all submitted change requests for the 2025 rulebook version of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Request-To-Pay (SRTP) scheme. The SEU MSG stated its position on each 2024 change request concerned;
- the latest updates the EPC could share about the VOP scheme and the EPC Directory Service (EDS) to support the functioning of the VOP scheme;
- the impact of the amended SEPA Regulation on the EPC payment schemes.
