Today, the European Payments Council (EPC) initiated a public consultation on change requests for all five EPC payment scheme rulebooks (SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT), SCT Instant (SCT Inst), SEPA Direct Debit (SDD), SDD Business-to-Business (SDD B2B) and One-Leg Out Instant Credit Transfer (OCT Inst)).
This consultation runs from 13 March to 11 June 2026.
This public consultation is part of the change management process of the EPC payment schemes regularly organised by the EPC.
How to participate in the public consultation?
Stakeholders wishing to comment on the change requests should fill in the response templates (available for each scheme under ‘related documents’) and send them by email to [email protected] by 11 June 2026 at 17h00 CET at the latest.
