The Terms of Reference of the Scheme End-User Multi-Stakeholder Group (SEU MSG) are covered in the document ‘EPC154-21 ToR SEU MSG v2.0’. They describe among others the mission and objective, the scope of work, the deliverables and the composition of the SEU MSG.
They also specify the criteria for membership in the SEU MSG. The SEU MSG meets physically or by conference call at least twice yearly on an as-needed basis.
