The Terms of Reference of the Scheme Technical Player Multi-Stakeholder Group (STP MSG) are covered in the document ‘EPC155-21 ToR STP MSG v2.0’. They describe among others the mission and objective, the scope of work, the deliverables and the composition of the STP MSG.
They also specify the criteria for membership in the STP MSG. The STP MSG meets physically or by conference call at least twice yearly on an as-needed basis.
