The EPC does not have the possibility to monitor this. Also the Clearing and Settlement Mechanisms (CSMs) cannot monitor this.
Only the Requesting and Responding PSPs have this possibility to monitor and analyse their detailed transactional data.
In case of concerns, e.g. when suspecting an abuse of the system, a PSP can contact the EPC Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC).
