The EPC has initiated a public consultation on change requests for its VOP rulebook version 2.0 which runs from 1 April – 30 June 2026.
This public consultation is part of the change management process of the EPC payment-related schemes regularly organised by the EPC.
About the VOP scheme rulebook
The VOP scheme rulebook was developed to support payment service providers (PSPs) meet new obligations under the EU Instant Payments Regulation (IPR) which became effective October 2025 and amended the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Regulation.
How to participate in the public consultation?
All stakeholders are encouraged to participate in the public consultation on the possible changes to be introduced into the version v2.0 of the VOP scheme rulebook (and related documents).
To share your feedback on these change requests, please send the completed response template (EPC085-26) by email to [email protected] by 30 June 2026 at 18h00 CET at the latest.
Feedback received after this specific date and time will not be considered.
