SEPA Credit Transfer public consultation

The EPC attaches utmost importance to involve all stakeholders of the payment value chain in the evolution of the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) scheme.

Anyone interested in the evolution of the scheme can submit change requests for the latest version published. A formal public consultation will then be organised.

The payment schemes are updated every two years to reflect market needs and the evolution of technical standards.

All stakeholders can now send their change requests

The first step of the scheme evolution process organised by the is currently open. Stakeholders are invited to have their say on the future of the scheme and to submit change requests by 31 December 2017 using the template below.

To request changes to the scheme, please base suggestions on the last published rulebook and Implementation Guidelines (), i.e. the 2017 versions.

To ensure that these change requests are broadly supported by stakeholders, they will be subject to a public consultation organised by the in 2018.

Previous public consultation

The previous three-month public consultation took place between April and July 2016 and resulted in the publication of the 2017 rulebook and version 1.0 in November 2016.

In line with its commitment to transparency, the publishes all comments received during the public consultation, as well as the position of the stakeholder forums on these comments.
