The previous EPC payment scheme rulebook change management cycle took place in 2024 and ended with the publication of the 2025 SCT and SDD rulebooks on 28 November 2024.
In line with its commitment to transparency, the EPC has published all comments received during the public consultation, as well as the position of the EPC multi-stakeholder groups on these comments.

The next EPC payment scheme rulebook change management cycle will take place in 2026. Stakeholders are invited to submit change requests to the EPC payment scheme rulebooks by 31 December 2025 by completing a dedicated template. The change requests received will be considered for future versions of the SDD B2B rulebook and associated implementation guidelines. The 2027 SDD B2B rulebook and implementation guidelines will be published in November 2026, to take effect in November 2027.
