SEPA Direct Debit Business-to-Business public consultation

Anyone interested in the evolution of the Direct Debit (SDD) Business-to-Business (B2B) scheme had the opportunity to participate in the public consultation on the 2018 change requests from 13 March to 10 June 2018. 

The Rulebook 2018 Change Request Public Consultation Document webpage provides more details about how each stakeholder was able to take part in this public consultation.

The European Payments Council Single Euro Payments Area payment schemes are updated every two years to reflect market needs and the evolution of technical standards.

Previous public consultation

The previous three-month public consultation took place between April and July 2016 and resulted in the publication of the 2017 rulebook and version 1.0 in November 2016.

In line with its commitment to transparency, the publishes all comments received during the public consultation, as well as the position of the stakeholder forums on these comments.
